Dashboard
The Home Screen for users lists the completed projects and allows you to configure or re-engage with each project. This is also where you launch a new project from.
Project Input (1)
The first project requirements input screen is for the Product Definition details. This covers Product essentials such as name and value proposition as well as Revenue Model, Key Workflows, AI Usage and Expected Scale.
Project Input (2)
The second project requirements input screen is to capture the Key Features of your application. This allows you to select the release that each feature would be deployed in.
Project Input (3)
The third project requirements input screen captures the Technical Preferences for Frontend code, Backend code, Cloud Hosting platform, Database and Authentication method. Recommended solutions are provided for those with no preference.
Project Input (4)
The final step in the project requirements input process is the Risk & Governance Profile. Select regulatory and security requirements along with data retention and data recovery policies.
Product Requirements Doc
Included in the output is the PRD for the application to be coded. This will be used by the architecture team for review, governance and form part of the ongoing documentation library for the application.
Technical Architecture
The Technical Architecture Document represents the detailed architecture for the solution including the full tech stack, logical architecture, components, API structure, Data model, environments, CI/CD model, Observability, system context diagrams, container diagrams and assumptions.
Security Model Document
The Security Model covers all things security and regulatory for review by CISO. Content includes: Authentication Approach, Authorisation Model (RBAC), Secrets Management, Encryption in Transit and At Rest, Database Security Controls, API Rate Limiting Policy, Audit Logging, Backup and Recovery, Data Retention and Threat Surface Notes.
Launch Readiness Checklist
The Launch Readiness Checklist provides a comprehensive list of Product Readiness verifications, Security Controls, Data Governance, Infrastructure & Resilience, DevOps & SDLC, Operational Readiness and Legal & Compliance for robust governance prior to launch.
